Learn key health and safety aspects of school age child care. Interactive discussion will focus on topics that are specific to this age group: health promotion and prevention of injuries and infectious disease. Includes information about the health and fitness needs of school age children. Discuss case studies using national standards for health and safety. Receive practcal tips about children in school age child care with special health care needs and medication administration.
