S2 of One on One Facilitation
Location
This second of ten sessions continues the in-depth study of the components of one-on-one educational interactions along with an exploration of the skills and knowledge base necessary to ensure that effective, healthy interactive processes consistently occur. Providing a reliable exchange with each individual promotes relational and organizational integrity, increases productivity, encourages healthy boundaries and enhances safety.
