Training Description:
In this workshop, participants will gain an overview of the “Elements of Effective Practice for Mentoring Programs,” a document that outlines the national standards for developing high quality mentoring programs. Participants will learn about different mentoring program models, mentor/mentee recruitment strategies, evaluation techniques and more. Participants will also walk away with several resources to help ensure their mentoring programs are both designed and implemented in accordance with best practices.
