Training Description: 

Working with children in groups can be challenging for many staff. It is often difficult to maintain the group’s focus and keep the youth’s interest, especially those with behavioral problems. This workshop is intended to help direct care staff design and facilitate structured learning activities and practice running a youth group. Staff will leave with an array of ideas for group activities and practical strategies for keeping youth focused and involved.
