Training Description: 

The Haverford Library and The Food Trust are teaming up to present PEACH- People Eating and Cooking Healthy. This SNAP- Ed funded community collaboration focuses on cooking healthy, local food that is both delicious and affordable. Classes consist of hands-on cooking demonstrations that include nutrition discussions and tips to empower healthy food choices from the grocery store to the plate. The six week series also includes field trips to local farmers’ markets and grocery stores. Plus, participants will receive food and small cooking equipment each week!
